Greeting All,
We should be more tolerant of dynamic debate. As long as the discussion is
civil, everyone should defend his/her point of view.
To add my two cents, I would say that both arguments are valid:
1)France is no friend of Africa; RFI is a state propaganda machine just like
Voice of America.
2)Real development can only come from within. Africans must take their
destiny in hand and be more aggressive in defending their interest.
Unfortunately we have a long way to go.
